The kitchen fitted with high quality Pipi oak units, Aga, electric hob & fan oven, integrated dishwasher and fridge. A seperate fridge, freezer and washer/dryer in the boot room.

Bathroom 6' 8" x 4' 10" with walk in shower, W.C. and hand basin.

Bedroom 12' 4" x 9' 4". Lovely room with generous amount of built in storage with solid oak wardrobes full size mirror, king size bed with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding.

Fully enclosed secluded rear garden with seating areas. Fully paved with borders full of well established plants and perennials.

A haven for wildlife with a family of kingfishers on the river, dippers, goldfinches, herons, occassional little egret and for the sharp eyed you may see otters! There is a Summer House having double glazed picture window overlooking the river, garden and countryside.

A lovely place to sit and enjoy morning coffee or a G&T when the weather is a little cool to be outside!
